Post partum is a time of major physical and emotional changes, where reconnecting with your body and energy happens gradually and gently.
My post partum fitness coaching for women is specially designed to help you strengthen your body while respecting its needs after pregnancy, with a caring and tailored approach.
Each session takes into account the physical changes brought on by pregnancy and childbirth, focusing on gentle muscle recovery, core strengthening, and mobility work.
Exercises are carefully selected to support the healing of the pelvic floor and deep abdominal muscles, while always respecting the work of healthcare professionals handling your postpartum rehabilitation.
Each one-hour session includes modern and safe coaching techniques, such as adapted strength training, postnatal Pilates, TRX, and breathing exercises.
A personalized nutrition plan can also be included to support your overall well-being.
Location: At the gym or at home, in Lausanne and the canton of Vaud.
Price: CHF 140 / hour
