Perimenopause and menopause mark a time of profound hormonal and physical changes, affecting energy levels, muscle mass, and bone density.

My fitness coaching for women in perimenopause and menopause is designed to help preserve strength, endurance, and mobility, while respecting the specific needs of this transitional phase.

Each session is tailored to the body’s evolving needs, with exercises focused on muscle strengthening, osteoporosis prevention, weight management, and posture improvement.

With a gentle and progressive approach, I also work on boosting motivation and engagement, adjusting the pace and intensity to prevent excessive fatigue.

Each one-hour session includes modern and proven fitness techniques, such as moderate cardio, TRX, hybrid training, and targeted strength work.

personalized nutrition plan can also be added to support this transitional period and help optimize hormonal and energy balance.

LocationAt the gym or at home, in Lausanne and the canton of Vaud.
